Peter Bingle
Co-Founder & Director
Peter is one of the most experienced and respected public affairs practitioners. In a career spanning more than thirty years, he has advised many of the world’s leading companies. High profile clients have included BNFL, Cameolot, HSBC, McDonald’s and Permira. In recent years Peter has focused on advising clients in the development sector. A former councillor in an inner city authority, he now advises many of the leading developers and house builders. Peter’s political network has no peer. Away from business, Peter relaxes listening to the great Romantic symphonies and operas.

Liz Williams
Co-Founder & Director
An experienced communicator, Liz began the working world as a journalist on local newspapers in London, local radio in the South East and West Midlands and regional TV in the Northern Region. For eleven years Liz was a lobby correspondent working in radio and television for BBC Westminster. Liz runs the public engagement side of Terrapin. She has a proven track record helping clients to engage with communities, running exhibitions and finding creative new ways of putting messages across. Her record stands by Terrapin’s successes. Away from work Liz played five sports at representative level (including reserve international) and is a keen skier.

Len Duvall OBE
Senior Associate
Len is one of London’s most experienced Labour local government politicians having represented the people of Greenwich for more than 35 years. He is the current Chair of the Greater London Assembly, has been the leader of the Labour Group at City Hall since 2004 and is the longest serving GLA member having represented Greenwich and Lewisham since the GLA was created in 2000. His priorities at the GLA have included better resourcing for the Met Police, better transport for SE London and efforts to address the cost of living. Before joining City Hall, Len was the Labour leader of The Royal Borough of Greenwich from 1992-2000. He has campaigned for regeneration and renewal projects at the Thames Gateway and Greenwich Waterfront. Len is a vocal champion for the armed forces, is involved in a number of local charities and is a lifelong Hammers supporter.

Nick Dolezal
Senior Associate
Nick is one of the most experienced practitioners in development and regeneration in London. For over thirty years, he has been a councillor, council officer as well as senior counsel to senior figures in both the private and public sectors. Nick served as a Labour councillor in Southwark for twenty years including a period as a much-respected chair of strategic planning from 2010 to 2018. In addition to being a councillor or a council officer, Nick has advised many of the leading players in London property scene. He has been involved in major regeneration projects such as Borough Market, the Shard, Peckham Library and Tate Modern. There is nobody more experienced or respected in the London property market.

Alex Wilson
Associate
Alex is the Reform UK’s party leader at the Greater London Assembly. He joined the party in 2020 after 21 years as a Conservative Party member. He was a Redbridge Conservative Councillor from 2009-2014 where he served in the Cabinet. Alex has political experience across the South East. He stood in Havering and Redbridge at the 2024 London Assembly Elections, in Ilford North in the UK General Election and in Chesham and Amersham in the 2021 Parliamentary by-election. Alex has a proven track record in public affairs having worked in the industry for more than 20 years. He has a long standing knowledge of the property sector as well as extensive experience in community and stakeholder engagement.

Andrew Sharp OBE
Associate
Andrew has spent nearly 50 years of his life working in politics. For 25 years he worked for the Labour Party as a National Officer and Regional Director. He then moved into Public Affairs working across private, public and third sectors, particularly in areas of transport, infrastructure and local Government. Andrew is a former Councillor having served on the Housing Committee of a local authority in Essex. He currently lives on the Kent/Sussex border. In his spare time he is a School Governor, belongs to a church choir and enjoys concerts and football.

Dave Clark
Associate Director
Dave is one of London's most experienced planners. He joined Terrapin after working for thirty years in Wandsworth Borough Council's planning department where he was Head of Urban Design. He enhances Terrapin's range of advice to clients with his wealth of knowledge of local government and his ability to create imaginative solutions for delivering high quality development. Dave is a key manager in the Terrapin team. Out of the office Dave is a very average but enthusiastic golfer.

Ian George
Director of Client Accounts
Ian has a long history of successfully managing the community consultation, media relations and political strategy for planning and regeneration schemes in London, the South East and throughout England. He has experience of working on large housing, commercial and infrastructure projects, including land designation. Away from work, Ian is a local authority councillor. He has been active in London politics for over 20 years with previous experience of being a Housing portfolio holder and a Planning Committee member. Ian is a lifetime season ticket holder for Brentford FC.

Inessa Tserendejidiin
Director of Operations
Inessa is the calm force in Terrapin. She manages our London operation and is in charge of invoicing. Before joining Terrapin in 2016, she worked for an electronic equipment installation company for five years. Inessa has degrees in Languages, Tourism and an MBA. A multi-linguist she speaks English, Russian, Mongolian, Ukrainian and has limited German as well and has just started learning Spanish for fun! Outside the office she enjoys swimming., attending West End shows and looking after her much adored Cats.

George Perfect
Senior Account Director
George joined The Terrapin Group in 2021. He has advised clients ranging from small-scale developments to major regeneration projects and new communities and is well networked across the Conservative Party. Alongside his work at The Terrapin Group, George serves as the opposition leader of a unitary authority and contributes nationally to local government policy development as a member of the Local Government Association’s Children, Young People and Families Committee. Passionate about education, George has been a school governor for over eight years, including a term as Chair of Governors, and currently sits as a member of two multi-academy trusts. He holds a first-class degree in Politics and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Natasha Bingle-Williams
Senior Account Executive
Natasha joined Terrapin in 2024 having graduated from the University of Essex and has worked on a range of accounts across London and the South East. With a background in hospitality she is a great organiser and fixer and believes in delivering customer service. Natasha has some practical political knowledge having helped on local and national government campaigns in Sussex. Away from work she has a strong sporting pedigree having been a junior in both the England Skiing Squad and Sussex Hockey squad.

Ralph-Lewis Ackah
Account Advisor
Ralph joined Terrapin in 2025 having completed an MA in History from UCL (with a Master scholarship) and a History and Politics BA from the University of Warwick. His work experience has included spells at Hawthorn Advisers, Wilton Park and the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. He was awarded the Leathersellers’ Award for Academic Excellence in 2019 and is a Freeman of the City of London. He grew up in Lewisham and has a strong understanding of the importance of communities.

Victoria Teasdale
Operations Executive
Vicky is the admin force behind the team. She can be found organising diaries and booking conferences, events and dinners as well as chasing colleagues for the paperwork that doesn't seem to arrive naturally! Before joining Terrapin she worked in the insurance sector. Away from work she is a keen QPR fan and also helps run Cub Scouts. This includes running the usual meetings, cooking burgers at charity events and sleeping under canvas at cub camp.

Simone Alexander
Administrative Assistant
Simone has been part of the background team which keeps Terrapin on track since 2023.. She oversees our invoices out operation. Having arrived in the UK from South Africa as a teenager, Simone studied at the University of East London and worked in childcare for many years. Simone has a love of film and TV – her repertoire having grown with the arrival of her two children.
