This major regeneration project in the Old Kent Road will deliver 1,600 new homes with 100,000 feet² of commercial space over 5 new buildings. The tallest building included in Ruby Triangle will be over 40 storeys. The development will also include leisure facilities, a food court, cycle hub and other amenities for residents alongside restaurants and cafes set around attractive green spaces. Terrapin’s strategy involved engaging constructively with all the key local stakeholders including local residents, councillors, businesses and Southwark Council officers. Once finished this project will be a major player in the regeneration of the Old Kent Road, a key component of Southwark’s planning development policy.
