Project Snapshot
A landmark development directly opposite Battersea Power Station. Designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, the scheme comprises three blocks, ranging from 11 to 19 storeys of student accommodation and one substantial office building. It is the largest Passivhaus building in the UK and the eighth largest globally and has won numerous prestigious design awards in the UK and internationally. Terrapin provided strategic planning advice, political and community engagement that was focussed on overcoming local concerns about student accommodation in this location.
