Billy joined Terrapin in 2018 and, with an extensive knowledge of South Eastern politics tends to focus on working for our Out and About clients. Projects he has worked onrange from regeneration schemes of 500+ housing units to small domestic cul-de-sacs. Before joining our team he worked for a Sussex Conservative MP. 

Away from work Billy is a District Councillor. He enjoys football – playing, refereeing and supporting Brighton and Hove Albion.
