Eden Project North reimagines Morecambe as a 21stcentury seaside resort rooted in placemaking, education and community. The Terrapin Group advised on a compelling £70 million case to Government for this £125 million regeneration project, securing highlevel recognition and vital public backing. Through targeted political engagement, coalition building and stakeholder management, we elevated Eden North’s profile across Whitehall and Westminster and the leaders of G7 and the wider International community. We aligned the project with national growth and climate agendas, and united local and international partners behind the project. This strategy delivered £50 million from the Government’s Levelling Up Fund in 2022, jumpstarted enabling works, as well as unlocking new investment opportunities.
