Lombard Wharf is a striking 28-storey riverside landmark in Battersea, delivering 134 apartments and ground-floor commercial space. Terrapin’s strategic engagement and political briefing secured planning consent well above site policy height limits.

This landmark 28- storey building situated along the Thames comprises 134 apartments with commercial units on the ground floor. Lombard Wharf was designed by Patel Taylor architects and is a striking addition to Battersea’s Thames riverside. Terrapin devised a strategy which led to a planning consent being granted that far exceeded policy in height for the site. To achieve this we focussed on building support for the project with extensive stakeholder meetings and briefing politicians to ensure a successful outcome.
