Project Snapshot
The development included 10 houses, an off-site footpath, and landscaping including a 10% biodiversity net gain on a site dominated by disused horticultural greenhouses on the edge of Wisborough Green. The site lay outside the settlement boundary where Chichester District Council’s Development strategy would not seek to introduce new residential development. Terrapin was brought in towards the end of the process to explain to Councillors that although not strictly policy compliant the scheme provided many benefits.- Location
