Project Snapshot
Set behind the listed Old Hoover Building on the site of a former Tesco petrol filling station, The Wiltern development is a 10-16 storey building comprising 278 build-to-rent apartments. Following refusal of an earlier scheme by Ealing Council, Terrapin was engaged to apply a fresh and more thorough approach to political and community engagement. Terrapin developed and implemented a new strategy. We then reengaged with the key local stakeholders. Planning permission was secured five months after submitting the revised application.
